M Syahdat, SH., As a Legal Associate at ARTI & Co, Syahdat brings a strong foundational expertise in corporate law, contract review, and debt restructuring (PKPU) matters. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Trisakti University, he combines academic strength with hands on legal practice.
In his role, Syahdat has played a key part in conducting legal research, drafting legal memoranda and contracts, and supporting litigation and corporate compliance matters. His attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage complex legal documentation enable him to deliver clear and practical legal support.
Beyond his case work, Syahdat has developed his leadership and stakeholder engagement skills through roles such as Head of Internal Division at the Student Executive Board of Law Faculty Trisakti University and as team leader in a national level legal opinion competition. These experiences have honed his communication, collaboration, and cross functional teamwork abilities.
